SO! You all MAY have noticed that I uploaded some new stuff (YAY!) and that they are far from horror-themed. Apologies if this disappoints anyone. I promise I will get to doing some more horror shoots after I graduate in a few weeks.

Got lots on my plate right now. I launched my photography business (which is where the dancing photos came from)! It's really exciting, I actually, legally OWN a business. Things are slow but they are picking up pretty well. I should really be able to dive into it and start getting more clients after I graduate. In anycase, if you like, you should DEFINITELY go check out my website. There are a ton of pictures on there, most of which won't be going here (No horror photos, though Something about Holly Housewife looking for a photographer to take family photos and finding a bunch of bloody images doesn't seem to bode well for the business...). So regarding my absence I just want to thank everyone who kept me in their watch lists considering that I haven't added a new image in a few months. It means a lot to me that you care about my art enough to wait for it I have several photo projects on my list. Not business projects, but art projects, for both myself and those of you who await my submissions. Since I'm graduating from college soon, I will magically have a lot of free time on my hands so keep checking back for new stuff!

Speaking of that...I'M GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE! And I am SO done with school, it's not even funny. I'm really looking forward to not having to deal with the University and its bullshit. I am, however, seriously considering enrolling into an online photography program with the Academy of Arts. I really think I could use the training.

In other news, I just recently ordered my new computer!!! Michella (my current PC), while I've loved her dearly and she has served me well, is almost six years old...stone-age when it comes to computers, unfortunately. And she was never fully equipped to handle the amount of photos and photo-editing software I now need to use. She'll still be around for light duty, though
The NEW machine is an iMac *dodges the glares and insults from her PC-loving friends*. Although I prefer PCs for just about everything since I grew up using PCs and know a lot about them (My father and I built my first two computers from the ground up), everything I have read states that Macs are the industry standard in Photography and Video Editing. Since I now have a business riding on the performance of my computer, I went with the industry standard. Now I just need to by Creative Suite 4 before I graduate so I can still get the student discount >_>

Going back to the recent submissions, I wanted your opinion on whether or not I should have put the last three in the Photography or Photomanipulation category. I put them in Photomanipulation because of all the work I did in PhotoShop with the frame and such, but I didn't really edit the pictures themselves. Thoughts?
